Nina Lykke is professor of Gender Studies (Gender and Culture). Her background is in literary and cultural studies. She is Head of Department of Gender Studies, Linköping University, Director of the Centre of Gender Excellence, GEXcel, and scientific leader of a Nordic and a Swedish Research School in Interdisciplinary Gender Studies. She has published extensively on feminist theory, feminist cultural studies and feminist technoscience studies and is currently doing research on sex education from feminist queer perspectives.
